Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At Havoc Fitness, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@havocfitness.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 25% of the sales price, and there is no return shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact us by email at support@havocfitness.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU to support@havocfitness.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
